2. Our services

We provide non-fault accident management services including vehicle recovery, repairs, replacement vehicles and claims handling. Services are subject to a separate written agreement which will be sent to you before instruction.

3. Use of the website

• You must be 18 or over and provide accurate information.
• You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access or upload harmful content.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, graphics, logos) is owned by Get Riders UK Ltd or its licensors and protected by UK and international copyright laws.

5. Liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website.

6. Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
